The club would like to thank everyone who supported and helped at last night’s presentation event. We are currently cross referencing and recording those who were acknowledged, but also realise there are many who help that may have slipped through the net, e.g. everyone who gave raffle prizes, created the presentations and contributed throughout the season, so thanks again to all who make the club what it is.

An update to George Brownell’s story is that the club organising the trip (New England Colonials) are asking for donations. If you would like to help by contributing to this unique international team, please go to their First Giving site: http://www.firstgiving.com/fundraiser/scott-bryson/InternationalColonialsNewEnglandTour

The money is to help the whole tour and doesn’t go to individuals. Click here for the Colonials website.

A big “shout out” to George Brownell from the U18s team as he caps a great season that saw him make his BBL debut with the Sharks. He is off to Boston (USA not Lincs!) mid June for a month. He will be playing universities around Boston with 9 others from 9 different countries in what promises to be an exciting adventure. A great example of what hard work and dedication can lead to in junior basketball.
